Our Managers are empowered to run their pubs, their way, with part-ownership up for grabs.<\/p>\n<h3>The Package<\/h3>\n<p>Following a 6-12 month period working as a \u201cManager in Training\u201d, on-site in our flagship pub in Las Vegas, you will be relocated to a different market to run your own pub, or be a key member of another pubs Management team. The package includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extremely attractive remuneration package<\/li>\n<li>Full training support<\/li>\n<li>Paid relocation if applicable<\/li>\n<li>Participation in a sales &amp; profit based bonus program<\/li>\n<li>Longer term \u201cowner operator\u201d opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>As a potential candidate you will:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience running a busy pub<\/li>\n<li>View genuine guest hospitality as a passion; not a role to be played<\/li>\n<li>Own your position \u2013 the buck stops with you<\/li>\n<li>Want to build your business alongside the community it is a part of<\/li>\n<li>Have the desire to always learn more; viewing your potential as unlimited<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to relocate, both for the training period in Las Vegas, and for post-training market placement<\/li>\n<li>Be legally authorized to work in the USA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The next move&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>&#8230;is yours.
